CLASS PROGRAMS AT PAUMA
Ronna Semonian, a T.P.I. (Titlist Performance Institute) certified trainer – has classes on flexibility, balance, and core strengthening. The schedule is: Mondays from 3:00 - 4:00 pm, Wednesday and Friday’s from 9:00 - 10:00 am in the Great Hall. Information on time and days and any changes are in the HAPPENINGS which comes out weekly on Wednesday by e-mail. Men are welcomed and encouraged to join in. Please bring a mat (or we will provide one) and wear comfortable clothes.
Two days a week (Wed. and Fri.), we have a warm-up WALK for those that want more. Meet before the class at 8:00 am in the parking lot. Pam Degen will lead these, also if you are interested in a private functional training and equipment session, or an evaluation by Ronna – please contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org . She does private swing exercise programs, the K-VEST, and other golf training tools.
